Hi guys.
I wanted to show you what my favorite products are of the past year. 2011 was a kind of turning point where i seriously got into makeup, I've always been into it but this year since I've been blogging and watching YouTube more I've become kinda obsessed with it...My name is Steffani and I'm a makeup hoarder!
This could be quite a long post - I'm just putting that out there.

Ok so to start, base's. This year I've gone through more foundation's than dinner's always searching for that one that just does it, to no avail until a measly 2 months ago i found this beaut (Estee Lauder Double Wear Max Cover - 03 Creamy Vanilla) can't quite say enough about it other than PERFECT... thank the lord!
Prior to that i was using the Chanel mat Lumiere which i love but i just felt i needed more coverage but i do love this and it will be perfect for the summer - and yes I'm aware it's discontinued.
I've already reviewed Lanacane but i will always buy this as a Primer i personally think its fanbloodytastic!
MSF, yes i do love it but yes i do hate it I'm in two minds about this. I know people rave about it but i don't know i just feel i need to set this after i use it to set my foundation so strange, maybe I'm using it wrong. Tell me how you use your MSF if you have it.

I just couldn't get enough of colour on my lips this year from pale lilac in the summer to Burgundy in the Winter. Still to this day my favorite is the 17 new black, i love it but my son ate it...Yes ate it. Topshop blush i use on my cheeks everyday and on my lips nearly everyday, it makes a lovely nude colour on your lips, well mine anyway and i love the texture. Cream puff lipsticks surprised me this year after seeing Lily's post about it i had to try it. It is in the packaging as a lip gloss but isn't yet is a matte lipstick ... Whattt, exactly. Lovely colour, texture, doesn't last long but that can be forgiven with the heavenly vanilla scent.
I cant stress enough how lost i would be without Vaseline, it's my holy grail product if ever there was one, i use it ever night, morning, during the day whenever i feel i need it. Also has multiple uses, and i can say it was a big factor in clearly my acne up strangely. Will never be without this little beauty.

I've started wearing more and more eye shadows towards the middle of the year, ranging from neutral to smokey bronze and I've found Sleek palettes to be the best of the best on the high street. Highly pigmented, lots of colour range, plenty of different palettes to choose from and perfect for day to night. What more could you want.
This eyeliner is a bloggers fav i feel. Everyone and their mum has it probably as it does the job and is brilliant. I will repurchase this for the time coming as the felt tip wand is everything i look for in an eyeliner.
E.L.F have made so much money out of me this year with there products, they truly are a brilliant company, and this £1.50 eyebrow gloss is no exception. Does what it says on the tin. Lovely.

I don't bother with MAC brushes as i find E.L.F brushes to do just fine for me at a snippet of the price. For £3.50 you cant go wrong. The powder brush is a God send, shaped like the Sigma F80 i find it perfect for foundation as it gives a totally flawless finish. Even my partner Pete commented on how flawless my face was after i used this, and that's saying something. I really do highly recommend getting one you wont look back! The Stipple brush more or less the same as a MAC 187 i find is perfect for my blush as its a cream base. Again fraction of the price does the same thing.

That's all on the makeup front, i want to quickly mention that i am currently using Liz Earle to cleanse, tone and moisturize but i want to do a full review of that soon after Ive been using it a bit long.
Sorry that this was a long post but i hope some of you find it insightful.
Love Steff
xx
