Glossy box Valentines Edition
I know I'm a little late posting this but its been a hectic few weeks and all, but still i thought i would review it as the lovely people at Glossy Box were kind enough to send me this for free, So thank you.
I'm not gonna lie but this bright pink box was such a lovely surprise when it graced itself at my door, and i really feel the products that were included are really nice.
The Eyeko Skinny Eyeliner is a good idea as when i get to the end of an eyeliner i waste a lot of it by sharpening it whereas this has an extra long handle, a good idea as i said but it's nothing new/nothing special the formula is the same as every other eyeliner and i got the colour plum which i will never wear.
Seeing the Orly nail polish was included i was eager to try this out and it really is a lovely nail polish, dries fast and has a nice consistency, although it still needed two coats and for the price of a full size polish i would want a one coat opaque polish.
The Weleda 2-1 cleanser is a good idea for traveling, but i rarely travel and i use Liz Earle so i have no need for this therefore cant give a good opinion.
The First Aid Beauty Gentle body wash is again a good idea which boosts no Parabens, harsh chemicals or Colourants but i have normal skin and find my Nivea body wash to do the job just fine and smells good also, which this First Aid Beauty Body wash lacks as is totally scentless.
The Murad Face Primer was the product i was excited most about as i am a big fan of priming the skin before foundation, but as i use my trusted Lanacane Anti Chaffing Gel as a primer this had much to live up to. I have tried this a few times and although it does prime the skin leaving it silky and smooth the consistency is liquid and for a primer i like either a gel or a cream. Overall this is a good product but i wont purchase it.
As i said nice products but unfortunately not for me, lovely to try them though.
